Remove Duplicate D365 Items

1. Remove the variants

2. Remove the posted trade agreements against the item

3.Remove the Category association

4. Remove the External item ID

5.In Default order settings - Set item Purchase order / Stock /Sales order to STOPPED

6. Set Product life cycle state to Deactivate

7. If item has transaction - the item would need to be removed from the order line

The above process has to be across all entities for each item
